The latest on Brexit, International Commercial Courts and Sanctions
Angelo Anglani, Co-chair of the IBA Litigation Committee, will introduce the third edition of the IBA Litigation Committee Conference on Private International Law, organized by the IBA Litigation Committee in collaboration with the IBA Corporate Counsel Forum and the IBA European Regional Forum.
Alberto Toffoletto will partecipate as a member of the Host Committee.
Main topics will be: Brexit and the impact on jurisdiction and private international law, the proliferation of international trade courts throughout Europe and sanctions.
