ADVANT Nctm with Federico Isenburg and Mega Holding in the acquisition of NUTRIBEES

ADVANT Nctm advised entrepreneur Federico Isenburg, founder of Easy Welfare (the main Italian player in the corporate welfare market), and the investment company Mega Holding on the completion of the acquisition of NUTRIBEES, an Italian start-up operating in the food delivery sector.

Nutribees, founded in 2017, has revolutionised the concept of healthy food delivery in the Italian market by proposing the first nationwide service for the delivery of balanced ready meals and quickly becoming the market leader in a sector that is experiencing constant growth in terms of volumes and consumer and corporate customers.

The development plan provides for a capital increase of more than one million euros, already fully subscribed at the end of July.

ADVANT Nctm advised Federico Isenburg and Mega Holding with a team led by Michele Motta.

During the course of the transaction, the buyers, Federico Isenburg and Mega Holding, were assisted by consulting firm BDO with a team led by Ferdinando Fraschini and the support of QCapital led by Francesco Niutta.

The selling partners Giovanni Menozzi and Mario Villani were advised by law firm SVS Lex, with a team led by Luigi Selva Verzica, and by tax and corporate advisory firm Studio CSSF with a team led by Luca Sintoni.
