Nctm with AMM for the IPO on AIM Italia

Nctm advised AMM S.p.A., a company engaged in the mobile marketing & services and web-advertising markets, in the admission to trading on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

Through the proceeds deriving from the IPO, AMM intends to continue its growth path also through external lines.

Nctm also advised AMM, in the listing transaction, in the acquisition of Futureland S.r.l. and I-Contact S.r.l., both specialising in the supply of technologies for the mass sending of messages. These acquisitions are part of AMM’s growth process through the progressive integration of companies operating in the same sector.

Banca Finnat Euramerica was Nomad and Global Coordinator of the transaction and will also act as Specialist and Analyst Coverage.

Nctm team was coordinated by Lukas Plattner, equity partner, assisted in the Capital Markets aspects by Andrea Iovieno, salary partner, and Antonio Principato, senior associate, and in the M&A aspects by Eleonora Sofia Parrocchetti, salary partner.
