Nctm acts as Deal Counsel on Askoll EVA’s IPO

Nctm assisted Askoll EVA, a company engaged in the electric mobility market and the production and marketing of e-bikes and e-scooters as well as kits and components for electric motors and batteries, in the procedure for admission to trading on AIM Italia. The offer was made through placement of shares addressed to qualified domestic investors and foreign institutional investors, managed by, respectively, Banca Finnat S.p.A. as Nomad and Global Coordinator and Epic SIM S.p.A. as Lead Manager and co-Bookrunner, generating deposits worth more than 12 million Euros.

Nctm acted as a deal counsel, through a team coordinated by partners Stefano Padovani and Lukas Plattner, including managing partner Andrea Iovieno and associate Antonio Principato. Tax aspects were dealt with by partner Federico Trutalli, assisted by salary partner Andrea Mantellini. The auditing firm involved was PwC.
