Nctm advises Ceetrus on new supplementary bargaining agreement

Nctm Studio Legale assisted Ceetrus Italy S.p.A. (“Ceetrus”), a key player in commercial real estate in Italy, with entering into a new supplementary bargaining agreement involving some innovative measures such as smart working, baby week, bank of solidarity hours, ad hoc protection measures and training centrality.

The agreement provides for a number of ad hoc tools available to employees in a perspective of work-life balance: working time flexibility, smart working, baby week as well as the setting up of an internal fund, “Ceetrus Donaore” allowing co-workers to donate paid leaves to colleagues having serious and established personal and family needs.

The Nctm team included Roberta Russo and Francesca Pittau.
