Nctm and Grimaldi on the acquisition of 100% of Seaside S.r.l. by Italgas S.p.A.

Italgas S.p.A. (“Italgas”) completed the acquisition of 100% of Seaside S.r.l. (“Seaside”), one of the largest Italian Energy Service Companies (ESCo), at the forefront of digital services, with expertise in Big Data, Business Intelligence and Machine Learning and with an overall value (enterprise value) of 8,5 million euros.

Nctm Studio Legale, with a team led by the equity partner Raffaele Caldarone, flanked by equity partner Carlo Grignani and managing associate Jacopo Arnaboldi, assisted the legal management of Italgas, led by Alessio Minutoli and supported by Maria Carmela Macrì and Federica Chiariello, in the conclusion and execution of the purchase agreement.
