New Stadio Tardini: Nctm, Rutigliano and Belli assist Parma Calcio

Nctm Studio Legale, Studio Legale Amministrativo Rutigliano and the law firm of Michele Belli will assist Parma Calcio with the restyling of the Municipal Stadio Tardini.

The development of the project will pay the utmost attention not only to architectural quality and functional design but also to all the legal aspects of a sustainable redevelopment operation in accordance with the laws for stadiums’ renovation.

The Nctm  team will include Giuliano Berruti and Marco Monaco, dealing with the conformity of the  Parma Calcio’s proposal to the applicable statutory framework, Raffaele Caldarone and Jacopo Arnaboldi, dealing with corporate-law issues, and Christian Mocellin, dealing with real estate and construction issues.

Massimo Rutigliano and Luca Cominassi of Studio Rutigliano will deal with the administrative-law implications of the operation and the relationships with the City of Parma.

Michele Belli will deal with the contractual issues related to the consulting relationships functional to the implementation of the project.
