    Il Parlamento Ue approva il Listing Act: per le imprese più facile andare in Borsa

    Ma ora servono incentivi fiscali

    "Tra la Legge Capitali già in vigore, il Listing Act in arrivo a breve e la riforma del Tuf attualmente in lavorazione, si può dire che l'Italia abbia ormai un'ottima normativa per favorire l'accesso delle imprese in Borsa. Ma non credo sia sufficiente: sono convinto che ora servano incentivi fiscali. La legislazione va bene, ma non basta: è necessaria una vera politica industriale che utilizzi la leva fiscale». 

    Lukas Plattner, Partner di ADVANT Nctm, ne è convinto: la normativa in Italia ormai è "market friendly", ma questo non basterà a convincere i nostri imprenditori a cercare capitali in Borsa.
