Alessandro has been working in the Energy and Infrastructures Department since February 2026.
He graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in February 2026, defending a thesis in comparative constitutional law entitled “Sviluppo storico e prospettive del giudizio di costituzionalità nella V Repubblica francese”, which was awarded an honourable mention.
During his university studies, he also spent a semester at KU Leuven in Belgium as part of the Erasmus programme and two months in Toulon, where he conducted research in preparation for his graduation thesis. He further had the opportunity to take part in the NATO exercise MARE APERTO 23-1.
He joined ADVANT Nctm following a previous experience at a boutique law firm specialized in commercial and corporate law.
