Filippo Cantale is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency team.
Filippo joined ADVANT Nctm after graduating from the University of Milan, where he wrote his thesis in commercial law on the topic: “Loss of Business Continuity: Duties and Liabilities of Directors in Joint-Stock Companies (S.p.A.) and Limited Liability Companies (S.r.l.).”
