Gabriele Belardinelli has been collaborating with ADVANT Nctm since October 2025, providing assistance to Italian and multinational companies in the field of corporate criminal law and corporate compliance.
With specific regard to compliance matters, he has gained experience in the area of administrative liability of legal entities, taking part in projects involving the drafting and review of organizational, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, as well as the preparation of corporate procedures, policies and Codes of Ethics.
He also carries out, on a continuous basis, secretarial activities for Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, including the planning of activities, the drafting of minutes and the monitoring of follow-up actions.
