She assists on a regular basis national and multinational industrial operators (listed and unlisted), and Italian and foreign investment funds, in the organization, negotiation and execution of domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions.
Giulia provides also legal advice to leading Italian and foreign companies (listed and unlisted) on corporate governance and commercial law matters and in connection with commercial contracts.
