Martino Andreoni mainly deals with litigation and arbitration in civil - commercial law, competition law, financial law and bankruptcy law.
After university, Martino kept cultivating his own interest for civil procedure law - the field in which he obtained a PhD – arbitration and bankruptcy law. He was scholar of civil procedure law, arbitration - and for a period he was a research fellow and – still, bankruptcy law at the University of Milan (and before at the University of Milan-Bicocca).
