Marzia Manente works in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department since 2013.
Marzia has acquired a significant experience in extraordinary transactions, with particular focus on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, shares and assets deals and corporate restructurings, taking care of each phase of the transactions and drafting sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements.
Marzia also works in the Corporate and Commercial Department, she assists Italian and International companies on commercial and corporate matters, drafting commercial agreements and providing legal advice on an on-going basis, and, in general, contractual and non-contractual legal advice and assistance. She also assists in the drafting of by-laws, corporate resolutions, and legal opinions.
