    Expertise

    Paola Putignano collaborates assists national and international clients operating in the energy sector, with a particular focus on administrative law aspects related to M&A transactions and extraordinary operations, as well as regulatory issues connected to these activities.

    Paola graduated in law cum laude from Parma University in 2013. In 2015, she obtained the postgraduate diploma in law from the Scuola di specializzazione per le professioni legali at La Sapienza University of Rome.  

    In 2016, she was admitted to the Italian Bar Association before the Court of Rome.
