Sara Salmeri collaborates with the Employment department of ADVANT Nctm.
She assists Italian and international companies and corporate groups in the management of all employment law issues, with particular reference to employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, settlement agreements, non-competition agreements, changes to duties or workplaces, individual and collective dismissals, secondments, temporary contracts, agency contracts and social security matters.
Sara also provides support in employment law litigation, through the drafting of judicial documents.
