Stefano Prinzivalli Castelli is part of the Antitrust department of ADVANT Nctm. He provides legal assistance and support on a wide spectrum of competition matters, including cartels, horizontal and vertical agreements, merger control, abuse of dominance and antitrust compliance.
His work covers, in particular, advising on global distribution strategies, designing and enforcing selective distribution systems, drafting and implementing antitrust compliance programmes, representing in EU and Italian cartels proceedings, and assisting in merger control filings globally.
Stefano also He also reviews prospective transactions with respect to their likelihood of triggering potential FDI reviews, and coordinates multi-jurisdictional FDI notifications.
