Tomaso Giovanni Faá is part of the firm’s Energy and Infrastructures department as a trainee lawyer. He advises national and international clients active in the energy sector, with a particular focus on contractual and corporate law aspects of M&A and extraordinary transactions.
Tomaso graduated from the University of Milan with a thesis in civil law focused on the historical evolution and development perspectives of the energy supply contract.
