Vito Bisceglie assists leading Italian asset management companies, domestic and foreign institutional investors, private equity funds, companies and entrepreneurs, in complex investment/disinvestment, acquisition/disposal and/or financing transactions, also through innovative financial structures and instruments.
In such context, he has gained specific expertise in transactions involving FIAs and other vehicles, coordinating the multidisciplinary team involved and dealing with all phases of the related project, from the structuring of the deal and setting up of the vehicle to the negotiation and finalization of the related agreements.
He has also gained significant experience in the healthcare sector. In this context, he has handled the legal profiles of some of the most important extraordinary transactions carried out in Italy in recent years, assisting clients (investors, service providers also of cooperative matrix, lenders and social security institutions and funds) both in the context of investment and acquisition transactions (as well as restructuring and rationalization) of individual companies or portfolios.
He is a member of the Board of Directors and Coordinator of the Master's Course in 'Law and Management of Health and Social Services, pharmaceutical law’ at the At the same University he was an adjunct lecturer in public law matters.
He has been a research fellow at the Scuola Superiore dell'Economia e delle Finanze.
