Biography:
Filippo Cesaris specialises in M&A, Private Equity, Debt Restructuring and Insolvency, Litigation and Arbitration.
He assists, on regular basis, major multinational companies and financial institutions.
Over the years he has gained significant experience in a wide range of highly sophisticated domestic and cross-border deals in these areas.
Filippo is author of a number of publications mainly on corporate and insolvency matters, and co-author of some books on insolvency and restructuring, and has chaired one of the largest Italian group in tourism and leisure.
