Biography:
Gabriele Travaglini, deals with civil litigation and cross border litigation. His practice ranges from litigation concerning investments to unfair competition, insurance, corporate matters, product liability cases, mass litigation and, litigation and pre-litigation matters arising from construction and commercial contracts in general, even in connection or related to insolvency proceedings.
He is also active in the area of domestic and international arbitration.
