Pietro Maria Tantalo deals with M&A, Restructuring and Capital Markets.
He assists companies and national and international bodies, both private and public, in extraordinary corporate transactions and corporate finance.
He has consolidated experience in the management of cross-border, inbound and outbound transactions.
Pietro Maria has held various positions as president, advisor and secretary of the board of directors of important public and private companies. He has been liquidator and special commissioner of public and private companies and has held positions in monitoring committees of insurance companies, in compulsory administrative liquidation and in the commission for testing, by decree of the Minister of Economy, the Minister of Economic Development, the Minister of Work and on behalf of ISVAP.
