Riccardo Sallustio

Riccardo Sallustio specialises in banking and finance. His expertise includes leverage finance, debt restructuring, private placements and bond issues, green and sustainable finance and real estate finance. Riccardo regularly advises lenders, financial sponsors, private debt and distressed-funds in wide range of lending and bond transactions (both cross-border and domestic). He also acts for investors in the structuring and execu-tion of acquisitions of single name NPLs and UTPs, debt-to-own and debt restructurings also in the context of distressed M&A transactions related to industrial and real estate assets. He has been Adjunct Professor (Professore a contratto) of Green and Sustain-able Finance at the Graduate School of LUISS ‘Guido Carli’, Rome since 2021. Riccardo is also member of the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (Venice) and Academic Member of the European Corpo-rate Governance Institute (Brussels).
