What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that web sites visited by the user (i.e., web sites or web servers operated by third parties) send to the user's terminal, where they are stored, and then transmitted back to the same web sites on the next visit.

What cookies does the Site use?

Where is the data collected through cookies transferred to? 

User data collected through cookies will normally circulate in countries belonging to the European Union. 

Should, however, such data be transferred to countries outside the European Union, the Data Controller undertakes to comply with the conditions and guarantees set forth in Art. 45 et seq. of the GDPR.

Specifically, for the provision of the “Google Analytics” service, the Company's provider, appointed as data processor, Google Ireland Limited, may transfer pseudonymous personal data of Site users outside the EU, and in particular to the United States. This transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of July 10, 2023 ratifying the agreement reached with the U.S. government on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

In addition, please note that some of the third parties listed in the tables referred to in this Cookie Policy may - as independent data controllers - process users' personal data collected by means of cookies installed on the Site outside the European Union.
