ADVANT Nctm concretely supports the younger generation in order to enhance their talent and facilitate their entry into the legal profession. To this end, scholarships, graduation awards, hiring weeks and career days have been established over the years.

The Scholarship is aimed at deserving students with special economic conditions who are enrolled in a master's degree program in Law at Bocconi University and the University of Milan-Bicocca.

The Degree Award, established with the Universities of Milan (Università Bocconi, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Università degli Studi di Milano - La Statale and Università degli Studi Milano-Bicocca) is aimed at the best graduates in Law and consists of a professional collaboration contract with our Firm, of a duration equal to the entire period of legal practice, in addition to a financial recognition.

Hiring Week is a Firm event held twice a year, once in April and once in October, dedicated to undergraduates and recent graduates, with the aim of bringing them closer to the world of work through through tests and quizzes, one-on-one interviews and meetings.

We also adhere to career days at the most prestigious universities, both in Milan and Rome, and collaborate with some Schools and Institutions on internship programs for international students and school-to-work alternation.
