    Expertise

    Hermes Pazzaglini heads the Shanghai office of ADVANT Nctm.

    His professional practice is focused on the relations between Italy, China and Hong Kong. In this ambit he has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract law, corporate and commercial matters, litigation and arbitration, labour law and commercial law.

    He is one of the few Italian arbitrators on the panels of South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong), the Shanghai International Arbitration Center, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, the Chinese European Arbitration Centre and the Xi’an Arbitration Commission.

    He has managed a number of corporate transactions in China for European clients as well as assisting major Chinese privately held and state-owned companies in the European market.
