Luigi Croce advises Italian and foreign clients on Real Estate, M&A and Private Equity matters, with a specific focus on real estate acquisitions and sales (single asset/portfolios), to be completed also trough special purpose vehicles (such as, for example, real estate funds, SIIQ, etc), asset management, leases.
He has advised on some of the most significant Real Estate transactions across a wide range of asset classes.
He served for one year as Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the National Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC, Consiglio Nazionale dei Centri Commerciali), of which the Firm was a member for three years.
He is also a member of Assoimmobiliare's Board of Arbitrators.
He joined ADVANT Nctm in 1998 and became a Partner in 2001. From 2011 until the end of 2025, he served as Head of the Firm’s Real Estate Department
He is currently a member of the Firm's Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
