Internal Investigations: Rules, Soft Skills, and Case Studies

ADVANT Nctm, in collaboration with ACC Europe and Mindevelopment, presents a workshop dedicated to managing internal investigations.

The event will provide an opportunity to delve into the legal and practical aspects related to this crucial topic, with a particular focus on current regulations (Legislative Decree 24/2023 and ISO 37008/2023).

Structured into three parts, the workshop will examine the existing regulations and offer a coaching path for conducting interviews during internal investigations. Through a practical business case, participants will have the chance to apply the skills they have learned.

Two professional coaches from Mindevelopment, Marcella Accorinti and Marta Grivet Ser, will explore the key soft skills necessary to effectively manage relationships during an internal investigation. Special attention will be given to managing the emotions of the various parties involved, providing practical tools to improve communication and dialogue.

The event will conclude with a networking cocktail.
