Italy has implemented numerous tax incentives and special regimes for foreigners interested in moving to our country.
During our in-person seminar, our tax partners, Federico Trutalli and Emidio Cacciapuoti, along with Marco Mazzeschi, one of Italy's leading immigration lawyers, will be sharing their insights on the latest trends in Italian tax regulations aimed at attracting new residents and human capital in general.
In particular, Federico Trutalli will discuss the main features of the Flat Tax Regime, including recent amendments, and explain why it remains highly attractive for new residents; Emidio Cacciapuoti will discuss the so-called Investment Management Exemption Regime introduced by the Budget law 2023 and the “safe harbor” provision for foreign asset managers; Marco Mazzeschi will offer his views on Immigration Law and available visa options, a key-issue strictly related to the above schemes that can affect a single individual as well as a large corporation or Fund.
