ADVANT Nctm announces the joining of Antonio La Porta as a partner in the Banking & Finance practice.
As a professional with over twenty years’ experience gained at leading national and international firms, Antonio La Porta boasts solid and recognised expertise in special and structured finance, with a particular focus on securitisations, covered bonds and NPL transactions, as well as in private debt, acquisition finance and the debt capital market.
Alongside Antonio La Porta, Francesca Spadafora is also joining the firm as a managing associate. She specialises in banking and finance law, with expertise in debt capital market, corporate finance and acquisition finance.
This move is a sign of the further strengthening of ADVANT Nctm’s Banking & Finance practice, a process that began at the start of the year with Federico Morelli joining the partnership, and confirms the firm’s strategy of building a highly specialised team capable of identifying key market trends in a timely manner in order to offer increasingly focused and dedicated advice.
