    <i>Legal Rankings Bloomberg</i>: Nctm si conferma al primo posto per numero di operazioni M&A e raggiunge il podio anche nelle quotazioni AIM

    Nel 1° half 2018, Nctm si conferma al primo posto nella classifica Italy Announced Deals (By Deal Count) - Legal Rankings “Global M&A Market Review”, mantenendo la posizione già raggiunta nel primo quarter.

     

    Lo Studio guida il ranking da più di tre anni: nel report full year, infatti, Nctm è risultato primo nel 2015, nel 2016 e nel 2017.

     

    Nctm ha inoltre ottenuto il secondo posto nella classifica AIM Equity Offerings: Legal Adviser - Issuer Ranked by Deal Count - League Tables “Global Legal Advisers”.

     

    Bloomberg è uno dei principali osservatori dell’area M&A e pubblica periodicamente i ranking degli advisor legali che hanno seguito le operazioni più importanti del periodo analizzato.
