    Gbx e Nctm nell’ammissione all’Aim di SosTravel

    Gbx e Nctm hanno assistito rispettivamente SosTravel e Banca Finnat Euroamerica (in qualità di nomad e global coordinator) nell'ammissione alle negoziazioni delle azioni e dei warrant di SosTravel su Aim Italia. Gbx ha assistito SosTravel, con un team composto da Francesco Bordiga, Giuseppe Xerri e Stefania Bianchi. Nctm ha assistito Banca Finnat Euroamerica, con un team guidato da Lukas Plattner, coadiuvato da Andrea Iovieno e Federica Ciabattini.

     

    SosTravel, operatore digitale del mercato dei servizi di assistenza per i passeggeri del trasporto aereo, a seguito di questa operazione ha raccolto circa 5 milioni di euro.
