Alberto Toffoletto, Founding Partner, has extensive experience in dispute resolution, antitrust and competition, corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
He advises national, international, and multinational companies and private equity funds on acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), litigations, arbitrations and antitrust law.
Alberto Toffoletto is also Full Professor of Commercial and Company Law at Università degli Studi di Milano.
Alberto Toffoletto was legal advisor to the former Minister for European Affairs, Hon. Vincenzo Amendola.
He is member of the Board of Directors at ADVANT Nctm.
He holds important corporate positions, with independence of thought, mainly supporting the holding companies of three important Italian families. He is, in fact, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Findim Finanziaria S.p.A. (since 2023), holding company of the Fossati family in Italy (where he was previously a member of the Board since 2012); he is also a member of the Board of Directors of B&D Holding S.p.A. (since 2015), a company that can be traced back to the Boroli and Drago families; he sits on the Board of Directors of Feltrinelli S.p.A. (since 2015) and the Giacomo Feltrinelli Foundation (since 2013).
He’s a member of the Board of Directors of UniQLegal (since 2020) – joint venture with Unicredit and La Scala law Firm for litigation liabilities management – and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Legalsoftech (since 2021) – a joint venture with La Scala for IT support.
Finally, his active role, as board member, in the National Centre for Prevention and Social Defense - CNPDS Onlus, a foundation focused on studying and implementing a system of prevention and social defense, that aims to promote a cultural, social and civil growth of society.
