Alberto Toffoletto, Founding Partner, focuses on M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border, corporate and commercial litigations and arbitrations, and antitrust law.
Mr. Toffoletto is Full Professor of Commercial and Company Law at Università degli Studi di Milano.
Alberto Toffoletto was Legal Advisor to the former Minister for European Affairs, Hon. Vincenzo Amendola.
Member of the Board of Directors at ADVANT Nctm, he holds important corporate positions, with independence of thought.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of UniQLegal (since January 2020) – joint venture with Unicredit and La Scala law Firm for banking litigation management – and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Legalsoftech (since 2021) – a joint venture with La Scala for IT support.
Finally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Prevention and Social Defense Foundation - CNPDS Onlus, an entity focused on studying and implementing a system of prevention and social defense, that aims to promote a cultural, social and civil growth of society.
