She provides tax and corporate consultancy. She assists companies and multinational groups operating in the commercial, industrial, real estate, and financial sectors.
In particular, she specializes in the structuring and implementation of extraordinary transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, demergers and contributions in kind, with a particular focus on industrial and private equity transactions, as well as the structuring of family wealth and generational transfers.
