Alessandro Comi graduated in International Law in February 2023, with a dissertation focusing on the process of State formation and its relationship with international legal norms.
He joined the Corporate and Commercial department of ADVANT Nctm’s Milan office in April 2023.
He primarily advises Italian and international clients on M&A transactions across various industry sectors, as well as on corporate governance matters and commercial agreements.
