Andrea Iovieno is experienced in corporate and commercial and in equity and debt capital markets.
Andrea Iovieno dedicates his time to advising companies and investment banks in relation to corporate and financial transactions, such as IPOs, share capital increases and other extraordinary corporate transactions. He has been involved in more than 20 IPOs on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading facility managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
In 2012 he worked for the legal department (Banking and Capital Markets area) of HSBC– Milan Branch.
Andrea is also experienced in asset management.
