Andrea Mantellini is a tax advisor, mainly focused on corporate clients, Italian and foreign multinational groups.
In addition to day-by-day tax advice, he also assists clients in M&A transactions (e.g., contributions in kind, asset deals, share deals, mergers, private equity funds and real estate funds operations, etc.), business restructurings, and related tax due diligence.
He also assists individual clients, typically managers, expatriates, etc., in relation to issues regarding the tax residence and the taxation of individual income, with reference to employment income.
