Anna Gagliardi is a commercial and corporate law specialist advising domestic and international clients on private equity investments and M&A transactions.
She has extensive experience across the full spectrum of corporate deals, including acquisitions, take-private transactions, co-investments, disposals, joint ventures and mergers, with particular expertise in leveraged buy-out structures. More recently, her practice has developed a strong focus on the financial services and insurance sectors.
Over the years, she has assisted multinational corporations in complex cross-border reorganizations across a wide range of industries, both regulated and non-regulated. In this context, she has developed specific expertise in corporate law aspects of group reorganizations, particularly within the financial and insurance sectors.
In addition to transactional work, she regularly advises on general commercial and corporate matters and has solid experience in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
Prior to joining ADVANT Nctm in 2026, she practiced at both a leading international law firm and a leading Italian law firm.
She holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London (2013).
