Anna Villaschi joined ADVANT Nctm’s Corporate & Commercial department in 2024, where she advises and assists Italian and multinational companies on civil and commercial law matters.
In particular, she has gained experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, providing ongoing legal advice on corporate law and corporate governance matters, as well as advising on extraordinary corporate transactions.
In 2026, as part of a secondment programme, she supported the legal function of a leading independent Italian group active in the financial services sector.
