Anthony Tarantino joined ADVANT Nctm in September 2026 as a trainee lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial department.
He gained his initial experience at an international law firm, where he assisted clients with cross-border M&A transactions, as well as drafting venture capital documentation and negotiating international commercial B2B contracts.
He graduated in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, with a thesis on indemnity and price adjustment clauses in share purchase agreements, providing a comparative analysis between the common law system and the Italian and German legal systems.
He also completed a research period at the University of Cologne, Germany.
