Barbara Aloisi is a partner at ADVANT Nctm since 2003.
She has particular expertise in advising multinational groups, financial interme-diaries and private equity funds. She has advised on numerous acquisition transactions, carried out by both funds and strategic investors, including in the real estate sector. She has also special expertise in the following areas: (i) business reorganisations; (ii) corporate taxation and accounting standards; (iii) transfer pricing.
Before joining AVANT Nctm, she worked at a leading Italian professional services firm from 1999 to 2003. In 2001, she partially worked on a secondment basis with the International Tax Department of a leading international professional services firm in London.
She is the author of some publications and a speaker at conferences and seminars.
Since 2000, she has held and continues to hold positions as statutory auditor in both industrial and financial companies.
