Barbara Aloisi advises multinational groups, financial interme-diaries and private equity funds.
She has advised on numerous acquisition transactions, by both funds and industrial investors, including in the real estate sector. She has also special expertise in the following areas: (i) business reorganisations; (ii) corporate taxation and accounting standards; (iii) transfer pricing.
Before joining AVANT Nctm, Barbara Aloisi worked at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati from 1999 to 2003. In 2001, she partially worked on a secondment basis for the International Tax Department of PWC London.
She is the author of some publications and a speaker at conferences and seminars.
She has from 2000 been serving as a standing auditor of both industrial and financial companies. She is a member of the security body of some corporations.
