Bianca Macrina deals with Banking and Finance, with a strong focus on cross-border and international transactions.
She advises a broad range of domestic and international clients — including leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors — on complex banking and finance transactions, with particular expertise in corporate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and real estate finance.
Bianca began her career in the Tax and Finance division of a leading international law firm before joining ADVANT Nctm's London office in May 2016. She relocated to the Milan office in January 2021, bringing extensive cross-border experience across English and Italian law transactions.
