Camilla Colombo collaborates with the Employment department of the Firm and assists Italian and international clients in the management of employment law issues, with particular reference to employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, settlement agreements, non-competition agreements, change in contractual conditions.
Camilla also provides support in employment law litigation, drafting judicial documents, and provides employment law support in M&A transactions.
