Carlo Alberto Di Cicco cooperates with the Corporate and Commercial department and provides out-of-court legal advice of an ongoing nature in civil, commercial and corporate law.
In particular, he has developed expertise in the area of contractual consulting and is involved in providing assistance in the preparation and/or review of contracts of different nature.
He has also developed expertise in aviation matters, both by providing ongoing assistance in the out-of-court handling of claims of different nature, with particular reference to the application of Reg. (CE) 261/2004 and the Montreal Convention, and by providing assistance in judicial matters at the competent judicial offices. He also developed expertise in the field of privacy compliance, providing ongoing assistance in personal data protection and in the preparation of corporate privacy models.
