Carlo Grignani deals with commercial and corporate law, telecommunications and new technologies and energy law.
He advises companies and groups, both domestic and international, on an ongoing basis in connection with M&A transactions, joint venture and start-up investment transactions, as well as in contractual and regulatory matters in the telecommunications & IT, e-commerce, fashion & sportswear and energy sectors, among others.
Mr. Grignani has gained extensive experience in contract law, in particular with regard to high-value and complex outsourcing projects (also in the context of M&A transactions) as well as tender and supply contracts in the field of infrastructure and industrial plants, in Italy and abroad.
He has participated in numerous national and international conferences and workshops in relation to the above-mentioned subjects.
