He graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, in 2023, with a master thesis concerning potential defensive tactics in a hostile takeover bid situation.
He spent two months in Harvard University to write last chapter of his thesis, which deals with the comparison of the Italian discipline with the American one on takeover bids.
