Daniele Fumagalli deals with the management of labour law issues applied to individual and collective disputes as well as providing consulting services in the field of human resources. He has gained significant experience in the logistics-transport, industrial and retail sectors for Italian clients and international groups, as well as in restructuring and crisis management operations.
He is an expert in labour law at the University of Milan and a member of AGI - Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani. He is also a member of the National Network of Crisis Professionals (an association of lawyers, accountants and financial advisors for the study, debate and sharing of solutions in crisis management procedures) and, within this network, of the Adequate Arrangements Commission, with specific expertise in labour law.
He is a speaker at various conferences, as well as taking care of professional updating on labour law within the framework of the internal training projects of the National Network of Crisis Professionals.
