She also has significant expertise in public m&a transactions and in the banking sector, providing legal assistance in transactions involving the sale of stakes in listed companies, takeover bids and acquisitions of bank branches.
Moreover, Eleonora Sofia provides ongoing legal assistance to leading Italian and international companies, in relation to all the aspects of commercial law and, with a particular focus on corporate governance and the regulatory provisions applicable to listed companies.
She also collaborates at the University of Milan with Prof. Alberto Toffoletto, Professor of Commercial Law.
