Elisa Maria Granata is part of the Antitrust and Competition Department of ADVANT Nctm.
She advises on Italian and EU competition and consumer law, assisting clients in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority, the European Commission, and administrative courts.
She also assists companies in merger control matters, especially in multi-jurisdictional filings, covering antitrust and foreign investments screening regulations.
Before joining ADVANT Nctm, she worked in an international law firm within the antitrust team and completed a Blue Book traineeship at DG Competition of the European Commission
