Erika collaborates with the Law Firm as a member of the Energy and Infrastructure department. Erika advises national and international clients operating in the energy sector, focusing on civil and corporate law matters in relation to M&A and other extraordinary transactions as well as regulatory issues related to agreements for the development and management of renewable energy projects.
Prior to joining ADVANT Nctm, Erika gained experience in the energy department of leading international law firms in Milan.
Erika graduated in corporate law from the University of Milan in 2022. During her academic journey, she had the opportunity to spend a research period at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität of Munich.
In 2024, she was admitted to the Italian Bar.
